Well for Culture is an indigenous Wellness movement that has been started by Thosh Collins and Chelsea Luger. They have created diets and workout plans for people. They also have meetups. I missed the last meetup, because I was healing from the fracture. Hope to get the chance to meet them up again! 🙂
